Shipping Info: 

Upstage Dancewear uses Australia Post as the courier for all Australian & International Orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an additional email with a tracking number that can be tracked via Australia Post Website. Items are dispatched on business days, being Monday-Friday + Saturday Mornings. Parcels can not be dispatched on Saturday Afternoons, Sundays or Public Holidays, due to our local AusPost being closed on these days.

Express Post : 1-3 days

This is the delivery/shipping timeframe, once your item has been dispatched. We aim for same day dispatch, but it is not guaranteed, unless pre-discussed. Shipping timeframe may vary depending on where the package is being delivered within Australia.

International Delivery Times: 5+ Days with tracking provided.

Store Pick-Up (Click and Collect)

Upstage offers the convenience of click and collect, shop online and pick up from our Nunawading Store: 149 Springvale Road,Nunawading VIC 3131 Australia

During the checkout process, select pick up and no postage charges will be added to your order. This option is only available to Melbourne customers. 

• You will be contacted by phone when your order is ready for collection.
• some items are online exclusive and may require us to order in from our local suppliers.
• Upstage does not guarantee same day pick up of orders, unless all items are in-stock at the store. Please contact us if you need items urgently, and we can confirm if they are in stock.
• If you change your mind and require shipping/delivery, you will need to pay postage charges. Please contact our store to arrange this.
